What is Mesh Plate Technology and what is the difference?

A new technological advance in water ionizers is the use of Mesh Plates. The image below shows the two different types of plates used.

Mesh Plates

The MESH Plate on the top is the one found in the LIFE 7500 while the one on the bottom is the one found in the Tyent. As can be seen, the LIFE 7500 MESH Technology has more surface area than the Tyent. Due to the larger surface area, this would also mean a larger point of electrolysis. The LIFE employs the new “MESH Technology” which effectively increases surface area. When a cross section of a MESH Technology electrode is examined at 700 times magnification, you can see that the MESH electrodes are now covered in a “super fine” mesh with very distinct high peaks and valleys. These Titanium MESH plates are coated in platinum, providing the highest level of conductivity and durability. This cutting-edge design and proven durability of Platinum coated Titanium electrodes ensures you get the best Oxidative Reduction Potential (ORP) and increased pH on a consistent basis. Inside the chamber LIFE 7500 has 7 plates (5 mesh plates and 2 standard end plates) to Tyents' 5 plates. Based on this review and analysis, it shows that the LIFE 7500 would produce the highest ORP and pH levels over Tyent USA and the Enagic lines.
